Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess health history, preferences, and desired outcomes.
- Perform a wide range of spa therapies—including massage, body wraps, hydrotherapy, and aromatherapy—according to industry best practices.
- Maintain impeccable hygiene standards by sanitizing equipment, preparing treatment rooms, and adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Customize treatment plans, recommend appropriate products, and educate clients on post‑session care.
- Accurately document each session in the client management system, tracking progress and any noted contraindications.
- Collaborate closely with fellow therapists, reception staff, and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Manage time efficiently to meet a steady flow of appointments while preserving a calm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Stay current with emerging spa techniques, product innovations, and wellness trends through continuous professional development.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve concerns with empathy, professionalism, and promptness.
- Assist in inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels for treatment essentials.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a spa or therapeutic setting.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Capacity to perform under pressure while maintaining composure and high service standards.
