Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment.
- Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals to diagnose faults and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with engineers to develop and update maintenance procedures, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of work orders, spare parts usage, and equipment performance metrics using our CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
- Provide on‑site technical support during shutdowns, start‑ups, and emergency situations, demonstrating the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Train junior technicians and apprentices on proper maintenance techniques, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
- Identify opportunities for equipment upgrades or process improvements and present cost‑benefit analyses to management.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with company safety policies, environmental guidelines, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; technical certifications in mechanical or electrical maintenance are a plus.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in a maintenance or engineering role within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong communication skills; ability to convey technical information clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- High level of honesty, responsibility, and personal integrity.
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated resilience and effectiveness when working under tight deadlines or high‑stress conditions.
- Basic computer literacy, especially with maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
