Responsibilities
- Prepare and pack orders received through various online marketplaces, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe packing station that complies with company standards and health regulations.
- Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to resolve order discrepancies, stock issues, and delivery exceptions.
- Utilize social media channels to showcase product packaging, engage with customers, and promote special offers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, handling returns, and processing refunds professionally.
- Track inventory levels of packaging materials and submit restocking requests to avoid interruptions in workflow.
- Assist in implementing process improvements that increase packing efficiency and reduce errors.
- Follow standard operating procedures for quality control, including inspection of items for damage before shipment.
- Work collaboratively with teammates during peak periods (e.g., promotional events, holidays) to meet heightened demand.
- Document daily activities and report key performance metrics to the team leader.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
