Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Manajer Finance dan Accounting to join our growing organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring the financial health and regulatory compliance of the company while supporting strategic decision‑making through insightful analysis. The ideal candidate will bring a solid academic background, proven accounting experience, and a strong commitment to integrity and professional excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Record and process daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare cash flow forecasts, revenue projections, and monitor the progress of customer payments.
  • Send reminders and follow‑up on outstanding receivables to improve collection rates.
  • Compile regular financial statements, including balance sheets, profit & loss reports, and cash flow statements.
  • Generate detailed accounts‑receivable performance reports and handle related administrative tasks.
  • Ensure adherence to local accounting standards, internal policies, and relevant regulations.
  • Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Assist in internal audit preparations and cooperate with external auditors as required.
  • Maintain the month‑end and year‑end closing processes, reconciling accounts and verifying ledger integrity.
  • Oversee tax compliance, including preparation of tax filings and liaison with tax authorities.
  • Mentor junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accuracy.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum S1 in Accounting (GPA ≥ 3.00) from a reputable university.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., SAP, MYOB, or similar) and advanced Excel/spreadsheet capabilities.
  • Knowledge Base: Strong understanding of Indonesian GAAP, IFRS basics, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
  • Analytical Ability: Demonstrated skill in data analysis, problem solving, and generating meaningful financial insights.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, high attention to detail, integrity, discipline, and a proactive attitude.
  • Personal Traits: Honest, responsible, detail‑oriented, and capable of working both independently and within a team.
  • Other Requirements: Male candidates, maximum age 35, and a willingness to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00.
