We are seeking a dynamic Manajer Finance dan Accounting to join our growing organization. Responsibilities
- Record and process daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts, revenue projections, and monitor the progress of customer payments.
- Send reminders and follow‑up on outstanding receivables to improve collection rates.
- Compile regular financial statements, including balance sheets, profit & loss reports, and cash flow statements.
- Generate detailed accounts‑receivable performance reports and handle related administrative tasks.
- Ensure adherence to local accounting standards, internal policies, and relevant regulations.
- Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Assist in internal audit preparations and cooperate with external auditors as required.
- Maintain the month‑end and year‑end closing processes, reconciling accounts and verifying ledger integrity.
- Oversee tax compliance, including preparation of tax filings and liaison with tax authorities.
- Mentor junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accuracy.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum S1 in Accounting (GPA ≥ 3.00) from a reputable university.
- Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., SAP, MYOB, or similar) and advanced Excel/spreadsheet capabilities.
- Knowledge Base: Strong understanding of Indonesian GAAP, IFRS basics, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
- Analytical Ability: Demonstrated skill in data analysis, problem solving, and generating meaningful financial insights.
- Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, high attention to detail, integrity, discipline, and a proactive attitude.
- Personal Traits: Honest, responsible, detail‑oriented, and capable of working both independently and within a team.
- Other Requirements: Male candidates, maximum age 35, and a willingness to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00.
