Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit video content for social media platforms, corporate presentations, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with content strategists, graphic designers, and marketing managers to develop storyboards and visual concepts that meet client objectives.
- Set up lighting, audio equipment, and camera rigs, ensuring optimal exposure, focus, and composition for each shot.
- Apply advanced editing techniques using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, and, when required, After Effects to add motion graphics, transitions, and sound design.
- Maintain a consistent visual style by adhering to brand guidelines, color palettes, and typography standards.
- Stay up‑to‑date with emerging video formats, platform algorithms, and trending content styles to keep our output fresh and relevant.
- Manage file organization, backup procedures, and version control to ensure efficient workflow and quick retrieval of assets.
- Provide constructive feedback during review sessions and iterate on edits based on stakeholder input.
- Assist in on‑site production logistics, including location scouting, permit acquisition, and coordinating talent or models.
- Commit to a regular work schedule of Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional flexibility for urgent projects.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

- Proven experience in videography and video editing, with a portfolio that showcases a range of styles and formats.
- Strong understanding of camera angles, framing, composition, and visual storytelling.
