We are a rapidly expanding fast‑food restaurant located in the heart of Depok, seeking energetic and service‑focused individuals to join our front‑of‑house team as Waiters. Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly, present menus, and answer basic inquiries about the menu items.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using handheld POS devices, ensuring special requests are noted.
- Deliver orders to tables within the designated service time, checking for completeness and correctness.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including table setting, clearing, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to coordinate order flow and address any preparation issues.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and end‑of‑shift cash reconciliation with precision.
- Provide assistance during peak periods, such as refilling drinks, restocking condiments, and supporting fellow team members.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards, including proper hand‑washing and food safety protocols.
- Assist in opening and closing duties, such as setting up the service station, restocking supplies, and performing final walkthroughs.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback, resolve minor complaints, and ensure overall satisfaction.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; junior positions in the kitchen may accept a minimum of junior high school (SMP) education.
- Age: 27 years old or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Height: Minimum 165 cm for males and 155 cm for females.
- Physical & mental health: Must be fit, able to stand for long periods, and possess a positive, resilient mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, customer‑centric attitude.
- Basic numeracy for handling cash and operating POS systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced team environment.
- Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
