Responsibilities

- Serve dishes and drinks efficiently, adhering to the restaurant’s standard operating procedures (SOP) and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including table settings, silverware, and glassware, before and after service.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, respond to requests quickly, and resolve any issues with professionalism.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and handle cash or electronic transactions securely.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth workflow, timely order delivery, and consistent quality.
- Participate in pre‑service briefings and post‑service debriefs to share feedback and improve service standards.
- Stay updated on menu changes, promotional offers, and beverage pairings to provide informed recommendations.
- Uphold health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, hygiene practices, and emergency protocols.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Open to all genders; both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Passion for the professional FnB industry with a basic knowledge of kitchen or bar operations.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekdays and weekends, with hours from 08:00 to 17:00 (Monday‑Saturday).
- Ability to follow established SOPs and maintain consistency in service delivery.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a courteous attitude, and a genuine desire to create memorable guest experiences.
- Proactive, quick‑thinking, and capable of multitasking in a high‑energy environment.
- No prior experience required; however, any previous exposure to food service or hospitality will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are a plus.
