Introduction

Adira Finance is seeking a dynamic Sales Officer to join its expanding team in Pangkal Pinang, Sumatra. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the credit application process, and ensuring seamless communication between dealers, customers, and internal credit teams. Responsibilities

  • Proactively market and sell Adira Finance’s portfolio of loan and credit products to existing clients and prospect new customers through cold calling, networking events, and digital outreach.
  • Generate and secure orders from channel distribution partners, ensuring accurate capture of initial customer data and verification of documentation.
  • Prepare, review, and complete all required customer documentation, including credit applications, identification, and supporting financial statements.
  • Monitor the end‑to‑end progress of credit applications, liaising with underwriting teams to expedite approvals and keep dealers and customers informed of status and decisions.
  • Communicate credit decision outcomes, repayment schedules, due dates, and payment locations clearly to both dealers and end‑customers, ensuring transparency and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Maintain a detailed pipeline of prospects and existing accounts using CRM tools, updating records daily to reflect interactions, follow‑ups, and sales forecasts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to develop localized promotional materials and sales campaigns that resonate with the Sumatra market.
  • Conduct periodic market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential growth opportunities within the region.
  • Provide after‑sales support, addressing any customer queries, resolving issues promptly, and fostering long‑term relationships that drive repeat business.
  • Report weekly and monthly performance metrics to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and strategic recommendations.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor degree) in any discipline; candidates from business, finance, or communication backgrounds are highly preferred.
  • Age: Maximum 30 years at the time of application.
  • Gender: Male candidates only (as specified by the hiring brief).
  • Experience: At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in B2C financial services, automotive financing, or related credit products.
  • Core Skills: Strong B2C sales management, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, persuasive negotiation techniques, high integrity, resilience, meticulous attention to detail, and honesty.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with sales management software, basic Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to generate accurate sales reports.
  • Mobility: Own vehicle and a valid, active SIM A/C driving licence are required for traveling to client sites and dealer locations.
  • Personal Attributes: Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, able to work independently as well as part of a team, and capable of handling a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, with occasional weekend or evening meetings as needed to meet customer needs.
