- Serve meals and beverages with attention to detail, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.
- Monitor tables throughout the dining experience, refilling drinks, clearing plates, and responding to any additional guest requests.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including setting and resetting tables, polishing cutlery, and ensuring dining rooms are tidy.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to handle special dietary needs, allergies, and custom orders.
- Process payments accurately, handle cash, credit cards, and mobile payment platforms while adhering to company cash-handling procedures.
- Participate in pre‑shift briefings, share feedback, and contribute ideas for menu improvements or service enhancements.
- Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with local regulations.
- Assist in training new staff members, sharing best practices for customer interaction and service efficiency.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Applicants must be at least 18 years old; no upper age limit.
- Gender: Female candidates are preferred for this specific posting.
- Experience: No prior experience required; however, any background in food and beverage service is a plus.
- Availability: Must not be currently enrolled in any academic program and be able to work full‑time shifts, including weekends.
- Residency: Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Mataram.
