Responsibilities

- Take accurate orders, input them into the POS system, and ensure timely delivery to the kitchen and barista stations.
- Operate espresso machines and coffee grinders with precision, applying proper calibration techniques to maintain consistent taste profiles.
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, from classic espresso shots to specialty latte art, adhering to company standards.
- Monitor table turnover, replenish supplies, and maintain a clean, organized work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, fellow servers, and management to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
- Handle cash and electronic payments securely, and reconcile receipts at the end of each shift.
- Respond promptly to guest feedback, resolve issues diplomatically, and follow up to guarantee satisfaction.
- Participate in regular training sessions on menu updates, coffee brewing techniques, and customer service best practices.
- Work rotating shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, to support the café’s operating schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Strong sense of responsibility, honesty, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly with guests and colleagues.
- Proficiency in operating coffee machines and understanding of calibration processes (barista skills).
- Prior experience in a similar food‑service or café environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work flexible, shifting schedules as required.
