We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Kepala Cabang Operasional dan Pengembangan Bisnis to lead our motorcycle and automotive sales branch. This senior role is pivotal in driving market share, expanding the customer base, and ensuring operational excellence across the branch. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales acumen with proven leadership abilities, fostering a high‑performing team that consistently exceeds targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the motorcycle and automotive market, aligning with corporate growth objectives.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a sales team, establishing clear performance metrics and providing regular coaching sessions.
- Monitor daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, inventory management standards, and financial controls.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and adjust tactics accordingly.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and after‑sales service departments to create seamless customer experiences and drive repeat business.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, presenting insights and actionable recommendations to senior management.
- Maintain strong relationships with key dealers, suppliers, and corporate partners to secure favorable terms and promotional support.
- Implement and oversee store management systems, ensuring accurate stock levels, pricing integrity, and efficient order processing.
- Lead community outreach and brand activation events to enhance brand visibility and community engagement.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory standards within the branch premises.
Requirements
- Male candidates, maximum age of 40 years.
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or higher (D4/Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- At least 2 years of proven experience in motorcycle or automotive sales, with a track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and develop high‑performing sales teams.
- Strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a natural leadership mindset.
- Proficiency in store management systems and basic financial reporting.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights.
- Customer‑focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
