  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and clearing tables, polishing silverware, and adhering to hygiene protocols.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and management teams to ensure smooth operation during peak hours.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and handle cash or card transactions with accuracy.
  • Participate in daily briefings, menu tastings, and ongoing training sessions to stay updated on new dishes, promotions, and service standards.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and food‑handling regulations, contributing to a safe environment for both guests and staff.
  • Provide feedback to management on guest preferences, service challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: 18‑30 years old; all genders welcome.
  • No prior experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a warm and approachable attitude.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented setting.
  • Professional appearance and personal grooming that reflects the restaurant’s brand.
  • Strong willingness to learn, adapt quickly, and take initiative.
  • Basic proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and cash handling.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, including occasional holidays.
