Introduction

Responsibilities
- Guest Reception: Greet every customer with a warm smile, guide them to their assigned table, and promptly provide the menu booklet.
- Order Management: Accurately record food and beverage orders, repeat them back to ensure correctness, and transmit the details to the kitchen and cashier in a timely manner.
- Menu Knowledge & Recommendations: Possess a thorough understanding of the menu items, daily specials, and dietary options to advise guests and suggest pairings.
- Food & Beverage Service: Deliver dishes and drinks to the table with proper etiquette, ensure correct plating, and attend to refills or additional cutlery as needed.
- Table Maintenance: Prepare tables before service, arrange utensils, napkins, and condiments, and clear used dishes promptly after guests finish.
- Cleanliness & Hygiene: Follow strict sanitation standards by cleaning workstations, resetting tables, and disposing of waste according to health regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, fellow servers, and management to synchronize service flow and resolve any guest concerns.
- Technical Skills: Demonstrate competence in carrying trays, setting tables, and handling point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
- Shift Commitment: Work a regular schedule from Monday to Sunday, 08:00 – 17:00, with flexibility to cover peak periods when required.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 35 years.
- Gender: Female.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates and career changers are welcome.
- Strong communication etiquette, honesty in information delivery, and a friendly demeanor.
- Basic public speaking and interpersonal skills to interact confidently with guests.
- Proficiency in food and beverage service techniques, including menu memorization, tray handling, and proper table setting.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and cleanliness.
