We are seeking enthusiastic and customer‑focused individuals to join our dining team as Waiters – Customer Service and Dining Support. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests promptly and courteously, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a friendly demeanor.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay them to the kitchen and bar staff, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide detailed menu knowledge, including ingredient information, dietary restrictions, and daily specials.
  • Monitor table settings, replenish supplies, and maintain a clean, organized dining area throughout service.
  • Handle guest inquiries, resolve concerns, and coordinate with management to ensure a memorable dining experience.
  • Process payments using POS systems, issue receipts, and manage cash handling procedures with accuracy.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and support staff to synchronize order flow and minimize wait times.
  • Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards as defined by local regulations and company policy.
  • Participate in pre‑service briefings, attend training sessions, and contribute ideas for service improvements.
  • Maintain a professional appearance, wearing the prescribed uniform and following grooming standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: Open to all applicants; no upper age limit.
  • Gender: All genders welcome.
  • Unmarried or without dependents, allowing flexible availability for shift work.
  • No current enrollment in university or other full‑time commitments.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and a serious work ethic.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage with a diverse clientele.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service techniques; willingness to learn and improve.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 20 kg, and handle a fast‑moving service environment.
  • Availability to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM.
