We are seeking a motivated Helper Cook (Dapur Operasional) to join our fast‑paced kitchen team. This entry‑level position is ideal for individuals who have completed secondary education and are eager to develop a career in the food‑and‑beverage (F&B) industry. As a key member of the kitchen crew, you will assist chefs and senior cooks in preparing meals, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring a smooth operation during peak service periods. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including washing, chopping, and portioning vegetables, meats, and sauces.

  • Support senior cooks by assembling dishes according to standardized recipes and plating guidelines.
  • Monitor stock levels of pantry items and report low inventory to the kitchen supervisor for timely replenishment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Participate in regular deep‑cleaning tasks, including floor scrubbing, waste disposal, and equipment sanitization.
  • Work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to meet the restaurant’s operational needs.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, front‑of‑house staff, and management to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or an equivalent diploma.
  • Maximum age: 30 years (special consideration for Barista candidates).
  • Prior experience in the F&B sector is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Friendly, cheerful, and communicative personality with a strong customer‑service orientation.
  • Ability to work well in a team, adapt to shift schedules, and handle weekend or holiday duties.
  • Professional appearance: neat, clean, and in accordance with the company’s uniform standards.
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen safety, hygiene practices, and the proper use of cooking tools.
