Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a courteous and attentive demeanor.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar staff, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide detailed menu explanations, including ingredient highlights, dietary accommodations, and daily specials.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, resetting tables efficiently between seatings.
  • Handle payment transactions, process cash, credit, and digital payments, and issue receipts with precision.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and management teams to resolve guest requests and any service issues.
  • Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards in accordance with local regulations.
  • Upsell additional items such as desserts, specialty coffees, and promotional beverages to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
  • Participate in pre‑shift briefings and post‑shift debriefs to share feedback and improve service quality.
  • Demonstrate flexibility by covering shift changes, weekend duties, and occasional holiday schedules.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: 18 years or older.

  • Strong sense of honesty, responsibility, and work ethic.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Excellent communication skills and a polite, professional demeanor.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service techniques.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00–17:00, with occasional overtime as needed.
  • Prior experience is not required; we provide comprehensive on‑the‑job training.
