Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a courteous and attentive demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar staff, and ensure timely delivery.
- Provide detailed menu explanations, including ingredient highlights, dietary accommodations, and daily specials.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, resetting tables efficiently between seatings.
- Handle payment transactions, process cash, credit, and digital payments, and issue receipts with precision.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and management teams to resolve guest requests and any service issues.
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards in accordance with local regulations.
- Upsell additional items such as desserts, specialty coffees, and promotional beverages to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Participate in pre‑shift briefings and post‑shift debriefs to share feedback and improve service quality.
- Demonstrate flexibility by covering shift changes, weekend duties, and occasional holiday schedules.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 18 years or older.

- Excellent communication skills and a polite, professional demeanor.
