Responsibilities

- Serve meals and drinks with proper etiquette, checking for satisfaction and promptly addressing any concerns.
- Maintain clean and organized tables, resetting them efficiently between guests.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and handle cash or electronic transactions securely.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to coordinate service flow.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
- Assist with opening and closing duties such as setting up workstations, restocking supplies, and performing end‑of‑day cleaning.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, promotional offers, and service standards.
- Provide recommendations and upsell specials, contributing to increased sales and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
- Age: 28 years maximum.
- Gender: Female (perempuan) – preference due to uniform and client expectations.
- Availability to work shift schedules, including weekends (Monday‑Saturday).
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 kg.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service techniques; prior experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry.
