Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables, providing menus and answering initial inquiries.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately, relay them to the kitchen and bar, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Serve meals and drinks with proper etiquette, checking for satisfaction and promptly addressing any concerns.
  • Maintain clean and organized tables, resetting them efficiently between guests.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and handle cash or electronic transactions securely.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to coordinate service flow.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties such as setting up workstations, restocking supplies, and performing end‑of‑day cleaning.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, promotional offers, and service standards.
  • Provide recommendations and upsell specials, contributing to increased sales and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
  • Age: 28 years maximum.
  • Gender: Female (perempuan) – preference due to uniform and client expectations.
  • Availability to work shift schedules, including weekends (Monday‑Saturday).
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 kg.
  • Strong customer‑service orientation and a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service techniques; prior experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry.
