Introduction

We are seeking a friendly and diligent Waitress to join our vibrant restaurant team. This position is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys interacting with guests, delivering high‑quality service, and maintaining a clean, welcoming dining environment. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly, present menus, and answer basic questions about menu items and daily specials.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using a point‑of‑sale (POS) system, ensuring special requests are noted.
  • Deliver orders to tables promptly, checking that each guest’s needs are met throughout the meal.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area by sweeping and mopping floors regularly, especially during peak periods.
  • Collect used dishes, glasses, and utensils and transport them to the kitchen for washing.
  • Assist the kitchen staff by washing dishes, pots, and pans, ensuring all items are sanitized according to health regulations.
  • Set and clear tables efficiently, ensuring proper table settings for each shift.
  • Handle cash and electronic payments, issue receipts, and reconcile end‑of‑shift registers.
  • Monitor stock of napkins, condiments, and other table‑top supplies, notifying supervisors of replenishment needs.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members to maintain a smooth flow of service and address any guest concerns promptly.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Female candidates only; age 22 years or younger.
  • No prior experience required – we provide comprehensive on‑the‑job training.
  • Strong communication skills and a pleasant, customer‑oriented demeanor.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 20 kg, and move quickly in a busy environment.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
  • Flexibility to work the scheduled hours of 08:00 – 17:00, Monday through Saturday.
