Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and diligent Petugas Serabutan Packing Barang to join our fast‑growing garment production team. This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates who have completed at least a high school education and are eager to develop practical skills in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The successful applicant will work closely with our production and quality‑control departments to ensure that finished products are handled, packaged, and prepared for shipment with the highest standards of cleanliness and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of workstations, tools, and finished goods to maintain a tidy production floor.
- Pack garments, accessories, and related items according to company specifications, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
- Operate irons and steam equipment to press items, guaranteeing a professional appearance before packaging.
- Cut fabric and trim excess material using hand tools or cutting machines, following pattern guidelines.
- Conduct basic quality checks such as verifying color consistency (non‑color‑blind requirement) and confirming correct sizes.
- Assist in inventory management by counting, sorting, and storing raw materials and finished products.
- Coordinate with supervisors to report any material shortages, equipment issues, or production bottlenecks.
- Maintain accurate records of daily output, packing lists, and any discrepancies noted during the shift.
- Support colleagues in other areas of the workshop during peak periods, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
Requirements
- Male candidates only, maximum age of 30 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Ability to work two shift patterns: 07:00‑17:00 or 11:00‑20:00, Monday through Saturday.
- Strong attention to detail, honesty, responsibility, and a proactive work ethic.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle moderate lifting (up to 15 kg).
- Good communication skills, both spoken and written, to interact effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Normal color vision; color‑blindness is not permitted due to quality‑control requirements.
- No need for on‑site accommodation (mess) as the role does not provide housing.
