Get to know the team The Billing team is a function in Finance that is responsible for ensuring revenue recording from all revenue streams of Grab business. We make an impact by supporting business with invoicing and reporting accurately, timely, and comply with accounting regulation. Our team is made up of cooperative and loving people. Get to know the role We are looking for a Billing Associate to conduct the billing process. We believe a successful candidate has knowledge in billing process and account receivable, but if you believe you have what it takes then we’d love to hear from you either way. This role is required because business needs support. In return, you will get an opportunity to learn and grow together. The Day-to-Day Activities

You are responsible for the end to end Billing Process of GFB, Grab Express and Grab Food business
You will work closely with the collection team to handle complaints, invoice revision, and other queries from clients.
You support TPI Corporate rental Billing Process
You are accountable to run billing report periodically for team discussion
You support manager with the project
You assist business team queries and special billing requirements

The Must-Haves

You have Heart, Hunger, Honour and Humility
You have experience with fast phase business type of organization
Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting Major from reputable university with GPA >3,30
Open for fresh graduate or max 2-3 year working experience in billing finance related role
You are organised, insightful and communicate well, both written and verbally
Experience in working with large sets of data and reports
You have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and are familiar with Microsoft Excel functions like vlookup, pivot, SUMIF, Macro etc
