  • Get Voice of Customer's and improve communication and good relations with customers
  • Coordinating the implementation of Customer Focus & Costumer Events
  • Become a role model & change agent in branches related to the service mindset and implement Aqucare
  • Support and follow up on the results of the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) & Customer Loyalty Index (CLI)

  • Placement in Jakarta
  • High initiatives & customer oriented
  • Communicative & good looking
  • Able to analyze customer satisfaction
  • Experienced at least 1 year in areas that directly interact with customer
  • Bachelor Degree of All Major
  • Max. 30 years old
