Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Menyambut dan menerima tamu yang datang dengan baik serta mendokumentasikan ke dalam buku tamu
  • Menerima panggilan telepon, melakukan screening, dan mengarahkan ke penerima
  • Bertanggung jawab terhadap area Lobby selalu dalam keadaan rapih dan bersih
  • Bertanggung jawab atas ruang meeting (jadwal pengguna, keberfungsian peralatan, dan kebersihan)
  • Menerima surat, menyortir, dan mengantarkan ke penerima.

  • Belum menikah
  • Minimal mahasiswa S1 semester akhir
  • Berpenampilan menarik
  • Seorang yang ramah dan memiliki kemampuan komunikasi verbal yang baik
  • Mampu mengoperasikan komputer (MS Office)
  • Memiliki kendaraan pribadi
  • Bersedia untuk berkantor di Area Jakarta Garden City, Cakung
