About you
A blend of talents and skills is required of successful candidates, including:
MBA or a Master’s degree from a top-tier university
Minimum 6 years of pure Strategy consulting experience
Excellent academic achievement and demonstrated leadership skills

Strong communications skills, both written and verbal

Job Description- S& Director
Manages execution of rapid hypothesis-based fact-finding efforts with sound results.
Coaches client and / or Strategy& team members in preparing for presentations
Understanding implications and the ability to prove more deeply when confronted with inconsistent or interesting findings
Ability to discern fact from opinion and supports with evidence
Communicates meaningfully and with impact in both formal and informal settings
Writes / edits key sections to achieve maximum focus, cogency and fit within overall framework clearly communicating ideas and conclusions in writing
Actively listens and responds to input of others
Frequently assumes control in presentations with the ability to present ideas and information at CEO and Board level and explain conclusions drawn
Assists in "cracking" the tough problems especially under time pressure.
Generates innovative approaches to address business problems with the ability to draw well-integrated conclusions and insights from the analyses
Ability to identify creative and useful additional analyses required and suggest new paradigms for recommendations
Takes a "macro" view of the industry and incorporates into findings
Distils and proposes the key themes in a client assignment to help client define agenda
Sets overall conceptual framework and approach
Continually refines approach to developing work plans based on experience
Negotiates with client to ensure sufficient staff for assignment
Works with client staff to ensure well-coordinated execution of work plans. Works with client’s senior management team to ensure that structure is in place to support real change
Manages global teams and resources as needed
Builds productive relationships with client and senior management
Ensures senior clients’ buy-in to recommendations
Prepares and educates client to ensure that the assignment hand-off results in successful execution
Communicates high-level objectives to inspire team and to garner their support for the assignment
Ensures that team has a common vision, sense of purpose and understanding of how their individual work contributes to the larger purpose
Understands and meets team members' varied needs for feedback and structure including keeping the team abreast of key developments and getting their input on changes in direction
Is a leader in identify and integrating diverse Strategy& and client team members
Takes initiative to see that others demonstrate respect and fulfil diversity commitment
Maintains strong relationships with senior level clients beyond duration of an assignment as appropriate
Relates well with people at all levels of an organisation. Is often sought for advice and counsel by clients
Proactively sources key industry contacts and begins meaningful dialogue on behalf of the Firm
