Lead and work closely with management to develop and implement Dekoruma’s brand strategy.
Be the keeper of the brand look and feel and ensure all creative broadcast across all channels lives up to the highest quality of our company brands’ visual standards.
Design a wide variety of marketing assets including brand identity manuals, user interface, websites, advertising, emails, presentations, print collateral and others.
Review and improve art assets for all creative to maintain a high standard of aesthetic quality.
Successfully produce and manage concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design/Creative Multimedia/Advertising or any related field.
Minimum 3-year experience in the related field.
Have strong overall knowledge in graphic design, UI, photography, typography and layout.
Strong conceptualization ability, strong visual communication ability, story-telling process ability and drawing skills.
Ability to effectively present ideas - both verbally and visually.
Have the ability to manage multiple projects and remain flexible through multiple revisions while keeping a hyper attention to detail.

Highly organized and detail orientated with an ability to delegate, influence and priorities.
Experience working as a designer within an agency is a plus.
Experience in consumer marketing with high-ticket products and services are a plus.
Periodic & ad hoc data collection and verification.
Ad hoc and regular Payroll reporting.
Maintaining Payroll operations by following policies and procedures.
Assists servers and hosts on the floor during meal periods and high demand times.
