Build and maintain good relationship with customers/tenants.
Carry out service activities for the needs and complaints of tenants or counter owners so that tenant relations operations can be carried out properly and effectively.
Ensure and implement the rules of residence.
Make data reconciliation reports related to kiosks / counters required by the finance department, building maintenance and other related sections and monitor occupancy.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Any Major.
Minimum 3 years of working experience as Tenant Relation, preferably experience in Shopping Center.
Computer literate (Ms.Office).
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Able to handle complaints, flexible, good communication.
High motivation, able to work with deadlines.
Innovative, discipline, honest, diligent & have integrity.
Willing to be placed in ITC Kuningan, South Jakarta.
