Job Description

Job Descriptions:
  • Build and maintain good relationship with customers/tenants.
  • Carry out service activities for the needs and complaints of tenants or counter owners so that tenant relations operations can be carried out properly and effectively.
  • Ensure and implement the rules of residence.
  • Make data reconciliation reports related to kiosks / counters required by the finance department, building maintenance and other related sections and monitor occupancy.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Any Major.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience as Tenant Relation, preferably experience in Shopping Center.
  • Computer literate (Ms.Office).
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Able to handle complaints, flexible, good communication.
  • High motivation, able to work with deadlines.
  • Innovative, discipline, honest, diligent & have integrity.
  • Willing to be placed in ITC Kuningan, South Jakarta.
