  • Own the customer experience by managing and executing the end-to-end shipment process, co-ordinating with vendor and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure the whole shipment lifecycle is executed smoothly, monitor agreed service-level agreements and identify root causes if expectations are not met.
  • Provides quality service to both internal and external customers, responds to all enquiries in a timely and accurate manner
  • Build customer relationships and be curious about their business needs and drivers, in order to better serve them and identify new business opportunities.
  • Focuses on high-quality data to set a high standard for all the assignments managed
  • May perform root cause analyses in the event of escalations, owns all customer issues and facilitates their timely and effective resolution by engaging relevant internal stakeholders
  • Passionately do upselling to promote Sealand, attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services
  • Support the digitization agenda by positively influencing customers’ uptake of new e-features
We are looking for
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome
  • Candidate have minimum 1 year of working experience in related field would be highly advantages
  • Good communication skills
  • Good computer literacy.
  • Good in microsoft excel would be highly advantages
  • Customer-centric and proactive
  • Continuous improvement and productivity drive
  • Familiar with end to end process of shipping and logistics would be highly advantages
  • Passion for ensuring customers are satisfied and feel like valued partners.
  • The ability to thrive with a variety of tasks and understand the big picture, even when things get busy.
  • Problem-solving flair combined with natural initiative and curiosity.
  • Empathy and the ability to turn customer needs into business opportunities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – essential for collaborating with colleagues and customers.
