Key responsibilities
Own the customer experience by managing and executing the end-to-end shipment process, co-ordinating with vendor and internal stakeholders
Ensure the whole shipment lifecycle is executed smoothly, monitor agreed service-level agreements and identify root causes if expectations are not met.
Provides quality service to both internal and external customers, responds to all enquiries in a timely and accurate manner
Build customer relationships and be curious about their business needs and drivers, in order to better serve them and identify new business opportunities.
Focuses on high-quality data to set a high standard for all the assignments managed
May perform root cause analyses in the event of escalations, owns all customer issues and facilitates their timely and effective resolution by engaging relevant internal stakeholders
Passionately do upselling to promote Sealand, attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services
Support the digitization agenda by positively influencing customers’ uptake of new e-features
We are looking for
Fresh Graduates are welcome
Candidate have minimum 1 year of working experience in related field would be highly advantages
Good communication skills
Good computer literacy.
Good in microsoft excel would be highly advantages
Customer-centric and proactive

Familiar with end to end process of shipping and logistics would be highly advantages
