  • Responsible in the implementation sales order specifications and drawing
  • To report and check Cost & Price Calculation of every project before submitted
  • To prepare Sales Report (win-loss report, sales performance, market segment, Booking report, sales pipeline, Sales Forecast)
  • To proceed with documentation DP request all project and communicate it to customer and sales
  • To make sure that all company’s technical documents are arranged systematically.
  • To make sure additional or modifications on wiring system on lift & escalator are recorded and documented also distributed on project
  • Validation E-log Process order book based on Sales calculation approval
  • Understand K3 aspect and use work equipment accordance with procedure
  • To take proactive initiative in improving the overall efficiency to the sales, construction and field organization to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • CRM Update based on sales meeting
  • Conduct any other tasks assigned by the superior.
  • Adapt to workload requirements and be ready to work beyond official working hours as may be required seasonally
  • Operate within the code of ethics established by the company, which is also the Otis code of ethics. Promptly report any doubtful situation to the company B.P.O.
