Job Description
Spearhead the online Campaign Strategy and develop initiatives to strengthen community engagement with the aim of enhancing engagement with user base within each category
Build user awareness of e-commerce on the platform
Plan the annual campaign calendar for the marketplace, a specific category or a specific portfolio of products, execute against the plan by coordinating multiple teams, and conduct post-mortem analysis
Manage social handles with marketing team
Collaborate with marketing, operation, and growth teams to build e-commerce brand awareness
Analyze competitors and trends in the market
The Successful Applicant
Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above
Proficient in English and Indonesian language
Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce campaign planning and execution for major local e-commerce platforms is a MUST
Experienced with the key data metrics of evaluating campaign performance, analytical and data-oriented
Solid communication and coordination skills of cross-functional team
Excellent presentation skills
Fashion and FMCG industry knowledge is a PLUS
