Role Summary

Cleansing of shipments records enabling the Clearance team to complete the Customs declarations for compliance.


Main Responsibilities

  • Assist in the collation of the necessary documents for BTO shipments to facilitate smooth handover of the documents to the appointed broker
  • If a shipment record is not available, the DAA will assist to create an initial shipment record for the over-landed shipment using the commercial documents available on the physical shipment.

Requirement

  • Minimal bachelor Degree
  • 2-3 years working experience in customs clearance environment
  • Good communication skills (English), spoken and written
  • Having good knowledge on Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Able to set clear and realistic goals and objectives.
  • Establishes a course of action and a sequence of steps to ensure that activities and objectives are efficiently achieved.
