We are looking for Direct Retail Development Executive who will be based in Jakarta
Direct Retail Development Executive is key for our organization with both driving the strategic outset as well as hands-on implementing the projects in close collaboration with the deployment teams and other key stakeholders. As a Direct Retail Development Executive, you will lead the market business strategy brand commercialization process. To ensure that the action plans are executed according to the strategy and in line with the principles and practices of PMI with the best cost efficiency.

Your 'day to day':
  • Develop strategic recommendations to help guide decision making process for long term strategic planning
  • Prepare and follow-up business overview, identifying gaps and opportunities within channel performance
  • Proactive collaboration within all channel projects to secure best possible execution within all channels"

Who we're looking for:
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree from any major
  • 2-3 years experience in FMCG/corporate strategy background
  • Good sense of accountability in driving results and decision-making
  • Structured and excellent analytical thinking with curiosity to learn
  • Strong business perspective to drive strategic recommendations
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skill
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
