Job Description

Memeriksa dan bertanggung jawab atas kelancaran rekap absensi mingguan, bulanan dan laporan

Memantau struktur gaji dan tunjangan

Melakukan koordinasi dengan Pabrik, gudang dan toko berkaitan dengan penggajian

Memproses administrasi pensiun, PHK dan pajak karyawan

Menyiapkan dokumen HR, seperti kontrak kerja dan panduan perekrutan baru

Memperbarui basis data internal (mis., catat cuti sakit atau cuti hamil)
Minimal Pend. S1 Jurusan Manajemen, Psikologi, atau bidang terkait

Minimal pengalaman 3 tahun sebagai HRD Generalist

Mengerti PPH21 dan BPJS

Mahir menggunakan Ms Office

Memiliki komunikasi yang baik

Siap bekerja secara dinamis

Lokasi kerja Asemka, Jakarta Barat
