Lead C+7 discussion in preparation for regional C+9 reporting
Review action plans and follow up on action plans from previous month’s meeting
Lead plant performance versus target evaluation and analysis
Lead sustenance of JPS program in IHI , ensuring all structures are adhered to and followed as per designed
Lead and sponsor reflection sections on JJPS and prioritize key action plans for further improvement; Oversee and provide guidance for the deployment of JJPS phases and communication channels to promote JJPS deployment
Develop next level of Change Agents through Boot Camp, while grooming Change Agents to perform Boot Camp in future
Development of and leading periodic Lean diagnostic of the site
Develop Lean training program for MAKE Excellence engineers and line support engineers
Train and develop Lean engineer/SME within the IHI plant
Lead and develop long term site strategy implementation
Develop, introduce and sustain Operator Capability Program in IHI to increase the Operator’s responsiveness in the shopfloor
Lead deployment of annual Zero Defect roadmap
Lead Housekeeping/5S initiatives
Develop and implement Gemba Kaizen process within the site
Ensure team/division compliance to SHE and GMP
Qualifications
Bachelor degree from any major and having 5 years of experience in manufacturing
