Job Description

Assist with organize and manage end to end recruitment process

Execute and coordinate for employer branding events and initiatives

Assist talent management projects from planning to delivery

Develop processes and tools to help leaders more effectively select, promote, develop, manage and reward talent

Assessing training needs and developing monthly training plans for the organization

Plan and implement employee welfare programs and events

Other tasks as assigned by the hiring manager
Bachelor degree from a recognized university (any major)

1 - 3 years of working experience

Passionate about people, culture, and service

Have a strong affinity for critical thinking, hands-on execution, problem-solving, and result orientation

Good communication in Bahasa and English
