Job Description:
  • Handle BAU and/or ad-hoc contract amendment or new draft for CEx partners
  • Collect, analyze and process the request for amendment or additional terms in contract from OGP & CEx team
  • Managing and ensuring standardization process and control throughout all BPO contract with Senior associate and related stakeholders
  • Managing and update contractual tracker CEx

Job Qualification:
  • Legal background preferable
  • Detail oriented and good analytical thinking
  • Proficient to use Microsoft Office with a heavy emphasis on Ms. Word
  • Strong communication, work ethics, ability to prioritize
  • Good business writing and communications skills in Indonesian and English
