ABOUT US

Studio Darshana (DDS) is a digital creative start-up company founded in 2017 based in Jakarta that works on a platform called SelfMade - a digital marketing solution available in a mobile application and web-based application. SelfMade’s primary objective is to drive positive growth and ROI for its customers through marketing solutions. SelfMade's customers are small-to-medium enterprises around the USA, largely based in New York City.

In partnership with SelfMade, we use visual magic to turn raw content into branded content for customers and help to drive customers’ growth through digital marketing solutions. One unique thing about us is that you can gain first-hand experience using collaboration between data & art to drive growth for customers - it’s dope!

WHAT YOU DO MATTERS

You will:
Develop innovative design multimedia solutions within the constraints of cost and time

Illustrate and explain concepts by designing a rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic and business concepts.

Develop and design projects by gathering information and data through research

Contribute ideas and design artwork to the overall project
Curious. You enjoy learning how things work and looking for rooms to innovate

Problem solver. You have the skill to navigate ambiguity and propose thoughtfully

Ambitious. You want career progression and to improve your skills

Hungry. You have a big appetite to have a strong start to your professional creative career

Branding. You are interested in social media (Instagram is a plus!) especially personal branding

Community. Desire to work collaboratively as part of a larger team in a fast-paced environment

Excellence. You are excited by the prospect of exceeding expectations to earn incentives

Skillful. You have some knowledge of Photoshop and Photography even if not formal

Communicative. You have the ability to speak and write in English and Bahasa Indonesia fluently and idiomatically

Learner. Bachelor's degree (Plus point if you graduated from Visual Communication Design, but if you are a self-learner and passionate in design, you are welcome to apply!)

Experimental. Plus point if you have 2 years of working experience in an agency setting/photography studio. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
