Job description:
Managing the daily running of the contact center (call center and digital channel) including implementing the strategies.
Make sure all findings from service quality monitoring team are followed by the team leader to the related staff.
Supports an environment that promotes customer service responsiveness, responsibility, teamwork, and accountability.
Provide leadership, development and coaching of the team leaders and staffs to ensure better performance, succession planning & to deliver positive organizational outcomes.
Ensure all contact center staff have complied with acceptable customer service standards in interacting with customers.
Make sure all team members working on the right goals and achieved the KPI.
Reviewing the performance of staff, identifying training needs and planning training sessions.
Maintain the communication at all levels across the business to facilitate best in class sharing and root cause analysis.
Review & monitors the effectiveness of assigned policies and processes to continuously improve and simplify processes and reduce costs.
Ensuring Contact Center policies and procedures are well informed and well implement to all the team leader & staff.
Performing additional duties where needed.
