Organizes and supervises food preparations in line with the occupancy and consumption forecasts
Manager all kitchen personnel adapts management practices to the brand culture, working methods, communications, Recruitment etc,
Coordinates with restaurant serving staff in order to ensure that service run smoothly
Ability & creativity in menu Engineering
Ensure HACCP standards in all kitchen areas

Work Experience

Develops excellent relationships with guests when the role involves direct contact
4 year professional experience
Familiar with HACCP
