  • Organizes and supervises food preparations in line with the occupancy and consumption forecasts
  • Manager all kitchen personnel adapts management practices to the brand culture, working methods, communications, Recruitment etc,
  • Coordinates with restaurant serving staff in order to ensure that service run smoothly
  • Ability & creativity in menu Engineering
  • Ensure HACCP standards in all kitchen areas

Work Experience

  • Develops excellent relationships with guests when the role involves direct contact
  • 4 year professional experience
  • Familiar with HACCP
