Reporting to Senior Vice President of QM, Compliance & Sustainability in Hong Kong Head Office.
Manage quality assurance system and drive the optimal product quality standard in the production sites.
Review customer testing manual, understand customer testing preferences and quality system, fulfill customer quality requirement and expectation.
Conduct Risk Assessment and Pre-Production meetings for new style evaluation. Ensure all Pre-Production and Top of Production samples to be reviewed before sending out.
Provide timely technical decision, solution and report to Head Office in addressing quality & quantity issues.
Monitor all QC activities, conduct first bundle, in-line and final inspection on daily basis. Review, analyze inspection reports and solve issues with production effectively.
Monitor third party lab garment test status and make sure material testing & garment test reports are available in time.
Support customer certification program, provide training to the factory and build up own team of Factory Certified Auditor (FCA).
Organize and arrange audit for customer and auditor. Follow up the CAP with factory with root cause analysis and continuous improvement plan.
Monitor daily production output, daily production efficiency and production progress with data analysis by excel and present in PowerPoint.
Report within a day when there is anything impact to the production plan and quality.
Observe and execute to the service KPI that set between the Parties during the service period.
Job Requirements
Diploma or above in Textile / Clothing Technology or related discipline.
10 years or above relevant experience in garment manufacturing industry, preferably lingerie, in which 3 years at supervisory level. Candidate with less experience will be considered as QA Engineer.
Good understanding of the whole supply chain workflow with inspection knowledge such as 4-Point System, AQL sampling plan, cutting concept, sewing technique, bonding mechanism, etc.
Mature, independent and detail-minded.
Excellent communication, technical and quality problem solving skills.
Support Digital Transformation team, specifically in day-to-day Project Management Office activities.
