Summary
As Host Manager/Front Office Manager you are responsible for the success of the Front Office Department including reception, communications, bell attendants and drivers. You provide “hands on” inspirational leadership to your Front Office team and ensure all team members are fully trained in the Alila standards so that guests experience a high level of service. You communicate frequently and regularly with your team and put time and effort into creating a friendly work environment, which goes towards ensuring friendly and professional interaction with guests.
