PRIMARY Purpose

Lead Country Project Operation together with the Country General Manager to define and implement country’s operating strategy
Manage together with the other country business function Leaders to establish operation plan and ensure its effective execution

PRIMARY Duties

Manage Project operations organization and team
Responsible for the overall execution revenue of systems and projects
Focus on driving operational excellence throughout the country
Implement monthly control processes for cost and backlog reviews, cost savings initiatives, and estimation benchmarking together with regional team
Hiring and developing talent and talent alocation with strong hard and soft skill with technical knowledge
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention across the entire project cycle

Qualifications

Education, Technical Skills, Knowledge and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or any related field
8-10 years’ experience in HVAC /BMS/IT/ EPC industry with managing multiple HVAC/BMS projects (>$1MUSD)
Mature in people management with strong interpersonal skill for both internal and external
Able to inspire operation team for drive the performance
Good command of written & spoken English
Good computer literacy (MS Office), MSOffice, SAP and other business tools plus digital literacy is an advantage
Have strong willing and ability to learn the new things and agile
