Bachelor degree from Accounting;
Minimum 35 years old;
At least 10 years of experience in Manufacturing Industry, preferably from Livestock feed manufacturing company
Minimum 5 years of experience in similar managerial role

To develop and continuously improve ways of working in the accounting team to provide accurate, timely and consistent information to all levels of management across the operations and to Group Finance;
To work closely with the Group Financial Regional to ensure standardized reporting implemented in line with group requirements;

To build strong relationship with banks and liaise for term loans and working capital funding at the competitive terms;

To responsible for all local statutory requirements and liaison with local auditors for year-end purposes;
To manage accounting team in order to ensure accurate recording of sales, purchases, cash transactions, fixed assets and journal entries, the preparation of balance sheet reconciliations and agreement of all inter-company balances;
To prepare of monthly financial packs including comparisons to budget, forecast and prior year together with narrative information for use by local and group teams;
To work closely with both operations and finance to support the reforecasting and annual budgeting process
To manage bad debt customer aligned with sales operation and legal
To implement of cash management, including weekly reforecasts and liaison with Group Finance accordingly
To prepare and filing/submission of annual financial statements and other statutory requirements including VAT, taxes, inter company, statistical and banking returns
To support country management with business analysis
