Get to know the Role:
As part of the GrabAds’ Central Planning team, you will partner and enable GrabFood Merchant teams to sell-through food merchants for campaigns with GrabAds products, Promos and other marketing levers. You will equip the local GrabAds Sales teams and GrabFood Account Managers in your market with strategic direction, bundles of Ads products and guidance via training.
You’ll work cross-functionally with GrabAds and GrabFood Leaders from the Merchant teams, Strategy & Planning and Marketing to package compelling solutions & identify new client opportunities. Your goal is multi-million dollar annual revenue generation and showing merchants positive results.
The day-to-day activities:
Partner with the GrabFood Merchant teams and GrabAds Account Strategists to strategically prioritise, segment and introduce GrabAds to key merchant partners via marketing packages.
Design innovative marketing packages for Merchant segments based on a strategic mix of GrabAds and other demand generation levers that drive GrabFood and Merchant goals.
Define commercial terms for contractual setup in your market.
Manage and deploy scalable solutions and processes across operations covering launch, tracking and optimisation.
Coordinate with the GrabAds team to develop training modules to educate GrabFood Account Managers on new packages and products.
Adapt and localise reporting templates for marketing packages.
Organise and drive weekly updates, meetings, and communication across multiple stakeholders.
The must haves:
Minimum 5 years of experiences in F&B, e-commerce, travel or banking related verticals.
Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and enforcing marketing solutions, sales and operations, campaign and project management.
Excellent communication & presentation skills with the ability to transmit across different level stakeholders.
Analytical with a strong bias for data-based decisions.
