Project Title:
Production Material Qualification.
Description:
Support production mode materials qualification for cost down, dual sources, capacity rampand network and design standardization.
Scope:
  • Assist Engineer to manage the qualification build in production, coordinating the resources, machine, and materialsreadiness.
  • Consolidate the process buyoff data.
  • Perform simple measurement or optical visual inspection as per request.
  • Support defect failure analysis (EFA) and PFA submission.
  • Work with NPM team to follow up the qualification lots at Test and Rel Lab.

This project shall provide an extensive knowledge on component process flow and help to strengthen processknowledge for Intern to have an exposure in IC Packaging manufacturing environment and the projectmanagement knowledge.
Deliverables:
  • Each qualification pass the requirement and meet the target delivery date.
  • Data integrity and Report reediness.

Stretched goal:
  • Recommend to handle a material qualification start from scratch.
