Job Description
Manage end-to-end HR spectrum
Partner with business leaders and stakeholders across department to develop HR areas which include, but not limited to training, rewards, and engagement
Provide support to employee pertaining to HR-related matters
Manage function-related administrative duties
Continuously revamp current HR processes
The Successful Applicant
Minimum 3 years of well-rounded HR exposure
Well-versed in HR-related policies and practices, equipped with local compliance and market knowledge
Fluency in English and conversational Mandarin-speaking ability is a must
