Active on slack to handle ticket problems
Assisting client follow-up by telephone
Understanding cPanel and Plesk

Requirements:
Maximum age 26 years old
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Information technology, Computer, or equivalent
At least 1 years experiences of working in a related field is required for this position
Understanding of Linux system operation
Understand the concept of server administration with Linux

Have good communication and be able to work under pressure

Can analyze server problems
