  • Troubleshooting application technical issues
  • Diagnosing and repairing customer software infrastructure

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent
  • Having minimum a year experience as IT Support/ Technical Support
  • Good knowledge of database, SQL, and operating system
  • Good communication skill
