Troubleshooting application technical issues
Diagnosing and repairing customer software infrastructure
Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent
Having minimum a year experience as IT Support/ Technical Support
Good knowledge of database, SQL, and operating system
