What Will You Do

    • Maintain proper inventory reconciliation between ERP and Warehouse Management System, ensuring there is only one source of truth for inventory account across all Department
    • Build relationship cross-department (Commercial, Supply Chain), keeping up with issues on the ground and give support to other Department related with inventory
    • Review implementation for inventory management SOP in warehouses (e.g. Cycle count, waste management)
    • Ensure proper inventory costing in ERP by performing periodic margin analysis
    • Own and maintain inventory reports and dashboards for visibility of inventory
    • Promote a continuous improvement approach within the department
    • Assist with month-end closing procedure

What Will You Need

    • Minimum bachelor degree in Accounting or related field
    • Minimum total 4 years in Accounting, 1 year in retail industry as Accountant or inventory related area
    • Proficiency in english, both verbal and written
    • Experience in big 4 audit firm is a plus
    • Experience using Oracle Netsuite is a plus
    • Strong knowledge in inventory costing calculation method (e.g. FIFO, Weighted Average)
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Pro-active, methodical with the ability to work independently or in a team
    • High degree of attention to detail
