We are eager to work with an Employer Branding Specialist who will be responsible for devising and implementing employer branding strategies to attract and retain best fit talents. To make a solid, well-received, exceptional and consistent Niagahoster's employer brand image that portrays our company as an employer, which can attract the best fit talents to our company.

Responsibilities:
Create an employer branding strategy for our CS or non-CS team
Maintain, evaluate, and refine (if needed) our core offerings/Employee Value Proposition.
Our current employer branding channels: career page, job portals, Instagram, Linkedin, TikTok, paid ads, blogs, youtube, university partnerships, and hiring events. All will be yours to take care of with the help of our performance marketing, content, and creative team.
Define our Employer Branding Guidelines and SOPs.
Partner with Talent Acquisition in the creation of relevant employer branding efforts so that our employer brand is properly conveyed at all times.

At least have 1 year of experience in the Employer Branding field.
Having an education background in HR, psychology, communication, or related fields is required.
Fluent in English, written and spoken (equivalent to min. TOEFL 500/IELTS 6,0/B2 Upper-intermediate level)
Experience in using data to make decisions and securing buy-in
Strong interpersonal skills, to work effectively with a wide range of internal partners from various seniority levels
Target-oriented and able to juggle multiple competing priorities
Having a passion for marketing, analysis, and creative thinking
Ability to establish and utilize metrics to demonstrate success in our employer branding efforts
Having experience in working at any HR-related field is an advantage
Make an accurate calculation of the Budget Draft (RAB) including calculation of the estimated amount materials and services required in accordance with agreedâ¦
Experience building real-time streaming applications using Kafka and Flink.
