Job Description

The Sales Supervisor will oversee and assist Sales in the performance of their job duties such as meeting sales targets and responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues or complaints.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Trains new employees in the company's policies and procedures
  • Organizes and oversees the schedules and work of assigned staff.
  • Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Manages a team of assigned sales agents and ensures they comply with company guidelines particularly related to quality of service.
  • Monitors or reviews calls or other correspondence between agents and customers.
  • Ensures that agents are informed about changes to company products and services.
  • Prepares knowledge-based documents such as summaries and responses to frequently asked questions.
  • Identifies opportunities to update or improve procedures

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent management and supervisory skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized with attention to detail.
  • Ability to coach and mentor sales agents.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree preferred.
  • At least three years of Sales experience gained from BPO industry or education technology.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: From Rp11,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

  • S1 (Preferred)

Experience:

  • People Management: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Sales Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Required)
  • Mandarin (Preferred)
