Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative key art (artwork and video) for touch points across the Careers and Connect experience (web, social media, video) as well as producing variants of existing assets to refresh and optimise each campaign
  • Designing both static and video banners for ad campaigns, remarketing, promos, and social media
  • Design and develop the “Career Advice” web pages and landing pages in WordPress as required
  • Designing artwork, and assets for Seek’s video product, promotions and events
  • Create imagery and thumbnails that best represents each video’s concept and subject matter and which engages the viewer to drive CTR (click thru rate), repeat views and brand affinity
  • Source and select appropriate imagery and graphical assets that apply within brand guidelines
  • Illustrate interaction and web design/layout ideas using appropriate methods e.g., information architecture, sitemaps, wireframes, user flows, mock ups and prototypes

  • Success of specific initiatives led (e.g., business results, timeliness and budget spend)
  • Contribute to growth in reach, engagement, traffic, lead generation and SEO as well as user engagement conversion rate
  • Contribute to growth of organic users for all Careers and Connect touch points
  • Contribute to improvement of CTR and user retention for our web, video and audio products

Skills, Experience and Competencies

The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design or DKV
  • Minimum 3 years' working experience working within a digital, creative environment (agency and/or in-house) for a tech/entertainment/consumer brand
  • Prior experience with a DTC media platform will be a plus
  • Knowledgeable in photography, lighting and overall image composition.
  • Knowledge in Adobe Creative Suites and other video editing software
  • Passionate about producing data-informed, measurable effective artwork
  • Knowledge of creative design for social media platforms
  • Familiarity with visual design process and visual design principles.
  • Good level of understanding in typography, layout, visual storytelling, and colour theory
  • Experience designing for digital video platforms with knowledge of design best practices to achieve engagement and CTR a bonus
  • Ability to work independently to troubleshoot technical and process related issues
  • Strong photo retouching and image compositing skills
  • Team player – works collaboratively with others in the team and across the organization, respecting diversity and valuing differences in opinion
  • Industry knowledge – exhibits an keen awareness of customer desires, market trends and competitor offerings, with the ability to apply this knowledge practically
  • Knowledge of basic HTML and CSS
  • Fluent in English and local language (as applicable)
